Herbal Medicine
In the herbalism of Chinese Medicine, rather than using individual herbs, we treat with balance formulas where the ingredients work synergistically to give you the best results. A complete list of medications is essential for ensuring that any formulas are appropriate and safe for you.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy uses a combination of very gentle physical techniques as well a style of energy work that helps your fascia to unwind tensions. Particularly helpful with headaches, vertigo, TMJ dysfunction, and post-concussion syndrome, it also helps to balance the nervous system resulting in a state of deep calm.

Bodywork
Having been a massage therapist for over 20 years, I'm passionate about combining all the modalities I've studied to help my clients achieve and maintain their wellness though bodywork. I use deep tissue/structural integration. Zen shiatsu, sports massage, and craniosacral therapy alone or in combination for maximum results. Pregnancy massage also available.
